We aim to have in stock items delivered to UK addresses within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. 

Some items have a slightly longer lead time if they are currently out of stock and on pre-order.
Please bear in mind we are a small company and we don't hold all items in stock however we aim to have your order ready to despatch within 10-14 days in this instance.

Please be aware we are reliant on manufacturers and suppliers so cannot always guarantee dates but please be assured that we will despatch your items as soon as they arrive with us.

As an environmentally conscious business and in order to minimise our carbon footprint, Unless you specify we may dispatch all items together once your complete order is in stock. 
  • UK Standard delivery (3–5 working days) £5.95 for orders to Mainland UK
  • As we consolidate items for delivery where possible, there is no guarantee that the item will be shipped on an express service when purchased with other goods.

  • This excludes Northern Ireland and the Highlands. Deliveries to these areas can take an additional 10 days on top of advised lead time.

  • Extra charges apply to outside of mainland deliveries according to weight, size and fragility. If this applies a quote will be provided for you to confirm. 
Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday using either DPD, DHL, Royal Mail, Parcelforce or APC (excluding bank or public holidays) and Panther. 

For Remote UK postcodes (Please allow 1–2 days additional delivery time)
Orders can be delivered to most postal areas in the UK, including Northern Ireland. Please click here for applicable postcodes
Please note it is the customers responsibility to check their address is correct. If it is incorrect on your order and has been dispatched courier charge £5.50 for delivery to a different/updated address to the one on the parcel.
  • Stocked items will be delivered in 2–4 weeks. 
  • Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday (excluding bank or public holidays) Extra charges apply for weekend delivery.
  • Furniture and mirrors cannot be delivered overseas.
  • For delivery to the Republic of Ireland, Scotland and remote postcodes
    please allow longer lead times; we will contact you directly to advise a shipping cost. 

Furniture order deliveries are dependent on our specialist courier who will agree with you a suitable delivery day. 
We are unable to give a specific time slot on Large item deliveries, though the driver will be able to give an indication of time on the day- weather and traffic depending.
Once the courier has collected your items from us they will attempt to contact you on several occasions within a two week period.
If you don't respond and no date is confirmed the items will be returned to us and you will be charged a delivery charge to redeliver.

All items need to be paid for prior to dispatch. 
We do not deliver furniture worldwide. 
We deliver to all UK offshore islands ( including Jersey ) and both NI and ROI.
If you require furniture you have ordered from us to be transported overseas you can make arrangements with a courier to collect the furniture from us.
Please note. Once we have handed the item to the courier we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
Please ensure you enter your address correctly including your postcode as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses. Please also include a telephone number as this will enable our courier service to contact you and update you on your delivery and reschedule where necessary.
During busy periods and public holidays please allow longer for delivery.
Please note: Ensure prior to ordering your furniture it will fit in your home, through the door, through narrow hallways or up the stairs where applicable. 
Items that cannot be delivered owing to size restrictions and access and are therefore returned to us may incur a restocking fee and the cost of the delivery withheld from any refund.
