 Due to an incredibly high number of orders We aim to have in stock items delivered to UK addresses within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. 
Some items have a slightly longer lead time if they are currently out of stock and on pre-order. If this is the case Pre Order will be included when you click through to add the item to the basket, so you are aware the item is a pre order.

 Please be aware we are reliant on manufacturers and suppliers so cannot always guarantee dates but please be assured that we will dispatch your items as soon as they arrive with us.
As an environmentally conscious business and in order to minimise our carbon footprint, Unless you specify we may despatch all items together once your complete order is in stock. 
  • UK Standard delivery (2–4 days) £5.95 for orders to Mainland UK 
  • Free Shipping over £100.00 to Mainland UK excluding furniture, mirrors & prints/artwork.
  • We offer Next Day Delivery at £7.95 for orders to Mainland UK if ordered before 1.00pm
  • Extra charges apply to outside of mainland deliveries according to weight, size and fragility. If this applies a quote will be provided for you to confirm. 
  • Furniture Delivery is £25.00 to UK Mainland, Please contact us for a quote outside this area. 
  • Mirrors & Artwork will incur a £25.00 Delivery Charge
Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday using either DPD, DHL, Royal Mail, Parcelforce or APC (excluding bank or public holidays)
Remote UK postcodes (Please allow 1–2 days additional delivery time)
Orders can be delivered to most postal areas in the UK, including Northern Ireland
Please note it is the customers responsibility to check their address is correct. If it is incorrect on your order and has been dispatched courier charge £5.50 for delivery to a different/updated address to the one on the parcel.

Furniture order deliveries are dependent on our specialist courier who will agree with you a suitable delivery day .

As standard our furniture delivery includes One driver so you may be expected to assist with unload and therefore you will need to be present to receive your goods.
The Price Quoted is for Ground Floor Delivery. 
We are unable to give a specific time slot on Large item deliveries, though the driver will be able to give an indication of time on the day- weather and traffic depending.

Should you require a two man delivery and/or a specific time / delivery upstairs, this can be arranged, but we will need to invoice you an additional charge.

If you aren't home to receive your arranged delivery we will bring your item back to the warehouse and we will need to reallocate a delivery slot.

Please note: This may not be until our next delivery run in your area therefore you will be charged an additional delivery charge.

Once the courier has collected your items from us they will attempt to contact you on several occasions within a two week period.

If you don't respond and no date is confirmed the items will be returned to us and you will be charged a delivery charge to redeliver.

We do not deliver furniture overseas (currently this does not include Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.)

If you require furniture you have ordered from us to be transported overseas you can make arrangements with a courier to collect the furniture from us.

Please note. Once we have handed the item to the courier we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.


Please ensure you enter your address correctly including your postcode as we cannot take responsibility for incorrect addresses. Please also include a telephone number as this will enable our courier service to contact you and update you on your delivery and reschedule where necessary.

During busy periods and public holidays please allow longer for delivery.


Please ensure prior to ordering your furniture it will fit in your home and through the door.

Where you've requested delivery to an EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will include UK VAT.

If you refuse delivery and the goods do not get returned to us you will forfeit your refund.
