Business Changes

In March 2024, CharlesTed Limited ceased trading and will now trade as CharlesTed Home under new company ownership.

It is with our  deepest regret that CharlesTed Limited has ceased trading and has instructed Begbies Traynor of 1 Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5LG to place the company into liquidation.

As part of a pre liquidation deal the business has been acquired by Acorn 26 Limited.

If your enquiry is regarding an order placed from 1st March 2024 please contact us customerservice@charlestedhome.co.uk for tracking and updates.

For orders placed on or before 29th February 2024

If your enquiry relates to an order placed on or before 27th February, it will not be fulfilled by the purchaser. You can register your claim as an unsecured creditor and potentially claim funds from the bank or credit card provider under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.

In light of the company ceasing trading, the administrators cannot accept returns, including faulty goods. If you are owed a refund for a faulty item or one you intended to return before the administration, you can file a claim as an unsecured creditor or potentially seek reimbursement from your bank or credit card issuer.

The administrator will contact all creditors confirming their appointment and providing further details concerning the administration and their proposals.

Should you have any queries in the meantime, please contact the administrator, Craig Povey at Begbies Traynor, 1 Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5LG
